The new Student Center has redefined the heart of Awty International School’s campus, setting the stage for future growth while honoring its multicultural community.
Replacing outdated structures, the three-story center unites dining, library, science labs, classrooms, and a multipurpose hall with outdoor terraces, walkways, and rain gardens that enhance both community and curriculum.
Biophilic and sustainable design strategies guided the LEED Gold project, prioritizing daylight, fresh air, stormwater management, and access to nature. From vibrant dining rooms and a light-filled library to cutting-edge science and robotics labs, the center supports innovation, wellness, and meaningful connections.
Congratulations to Lake Flato Architects, Harvey-Cleary, and the full project team for shaping an inspiring new hub for learning and community at Awty International School.
