Following February’s sell-out debut as collaborators, @glitch.cool & Realist Alive pair again for a return leg in Brum, taking over @centrala_space for an evening of destructive computer music & glitched-out imagination.

The bill sees recent ATC luminary, Jakarta’s Logic Lost debuting in the city as part of a UK tour, bringing their jagged, apocalyptic sound reconstituting the possibility-spaces of techno and breakbeat. Disposable Gods was one of 2025’s most essential records, abrading dancefloor rhythms for an acerbic screed against the hollow icons of the now.

LL is supported from Bristol by 祐曦 Yau Hei and Silver Waves. 祐曦 Yau Hei interweaves trance, deconstructed club & avant-garde composition into a live set equal parts fantastical and cerebral. Silver Waves embodies a long-developed coagulation of industrial found-sound and unreadable percussion, conjuring future-sonics from the musical shards of an oneiric present. Two super-talents with their inimitable idiolects, arriving to Brum off recent shows both international and local.

glitch.cool call up Thorjn & juha. to complete the bill. Back last Winter, Thorjn seemed to have reached a culmination with the magisterial Through the Crystal Window, distilling years of work into an album turning influence from new age, IDM and hyperglitch into something entirely his own. TTCW turned out merely to be the starting point, as followed the NOVOPANGEA EP & a further album, Somewhere, incorporating explorations of both computational noise & low-fidelity sound collage.

What is juha. but another prodigy from the ranks of gc? On 2023’s unreason and empty space they stretched ambient to its most eschatological regions while retaining it an urgent intimacy. Their unique approach pairs an operatic sublimity with glitchwise reinterpretations of the UK bass continuum & hip-hop. They ramp up now for a second album, The Fires This Time on glitch.cool. May 16 sees their Birmingham debut amidst this deserved momentum.

Realist Alive and Petrichor join forces on May 29 for a blitz of pure dancefloor experimentation.

Nairobi’s Slikback returns to Bristol for a live solo debut after his 2025 appearance alongside Aïsha Devi as aka.hex. A fixture on international bills & alumnus of festivals from Unsound to Draaimolen, Slikback has spent a decade building an inimitable discography. Absorbing and merging anything from Gqom, hardcore techno, trap and dubstep, entwining Pan-African instrumentation with low-end brutality, he’s a titan of club music equal parts radically deconstructed and fearlessly personal.

Long-term affiliate of the alchemical label SVBKVLT, Hyph11e has frequently pushed bass music to its outer limits. Melding industrial atmospherics and the futuro-fury of noise with a hyperactive approach borrowing from drum and bass and footwork, Hyph11e’s sound is boundless & otherworldly. She has played regularly across Europe and Asia and graced numerous festivals from Rewire to Dekmantel. She returns to Bristol for an hour demonstrating her iridescent, apocalyptic imaginary of bass music.

prey coded is one of deconstructed club’s current ascendant talents. The late 2025 album glossolalia demonstrated a singularly new idiolect, encompassing sound art, ambient and industrial music. Her 2026 has seen a number of international mixes follow, as well as a recent Paris show alongside KAVARI & S280F. May 29 presents her debut in the UK.

KTR is the head of Petrichor and a constant of London’s conflagrant avant-club new-gen. A dexterous DJ and producer, KTR distinguishes himself via a musical style incorporating not thundering abrasion alone but the murky moodpieces of UK dubstep, plus the emotionality found in IDM and trance.

The bill is rounded out by Bristol’s post-club pulsar qwerty-uiop and Realist Alive architect tskali. The two RA mainstays join forces for an opening set promising equal parts subterranean pressure and subversive selection.

After Synapsefirer and DJ 3t13 tore down the venue last May, Realist Alive return to Cosies with more recruits from London’s pool of avant-club unorthodoxy. Representing the Four of Wands collective, madame3swords delivers shifting low-end textures drawn from post-club, dubstep, acid and the continuum of UK bass music. DJ Dolphin Dive is the populist, expert in eurodance, UK bounce, makina and trance, working also under the alias MC Inside, where he’s blended the confessional vulnerability of contemporary UK rap with instrumentals indebted to bassline and bounce. They’re joined by Sucker Punch godfather M Eleven, a devotee of trance whose club nights in Cambridge and London form no small contribution to the UK’s refound love for the genre. M Eleven brings an enclyopaedic knowledge of trap, hip-hop and trance to Portland Square, making up a trinity of DJs whose dedication to the entwinement of experimentalism and the dance shows up anytime each play.

The bill is rounded out by ethereal ar-lein affiliate emrys, a DJ dexterous and dynamic from cloud rap to Wigan pier bounce to witch house, as well as Bath’s own prodigy of oddball club music, lillie_cat, for a day 1 b2b with Realist co-founder tskali.

Second show of 2026 sees Realist at The Croft with an EU debut for post-club phenom EatSleep, plus cornerstone of London avant-garde/club electronics SOL741 with a live set of shattering ambient & the South West’s most prodigious newcomer, ennys mottet, with their essential, intimately destructive avant-rap.

EatSleep [DJ] arrives to Bristol from Edinburgh (via Cape Town) as one of the more secretive and supernatural talents in deconstructed club. Rare in appearance, ES has released a smattering of singles over the last couple years, each of which operate as both evidence of incandescent talent and a record of that talent’s rapid evolution. Capable equally, oft within the same tune, of the most earnestly moving ambient and of archly abrasive deconstruction. Uncontent with the pre-existing, we’ve previously conjured skram-gabber, harshcore & hypertrap in futile attempts to condense their sound. Their EU debut sees the artist present a rare DJ set to headline the bill.

SOL741 is one of the more enigmatic, individual entities in London’s current wave of experimental club music. Practicing a mode of ambient informed by both industrial, deconstructed club & wider experimental music, her music interrogates & counterposes sites of inward peace with states of fractured freneticism & inner turbulence. She has mixed at any & all of London’s vanguard club nights, from HYPOXIA to SYPHEN to Trauma Unit. She now brings to Bristol a nascent live set, exploring via her own productions these opposed yet orbiting themes of calmness & violence.

When enys mottet re-announced themselves in the Kino basement in the July, it felt like a haymaker coming of age. An interdisciplinary artist, working from beats made of voice, synthesis and internet rubble, accompanied by cut-scenes intertwining visuals and performance, they embody some of the more experimental rap on these shores or any. Off a flurry of late 2025 shows, the project now shifts into a second phase, “Close 2 U”, investigating maternity, grief and the horizons of excavation. enys mottet open the evening.

Realist Alive + outright pioneers @glitch.cool join forces to descend on Bristol’s haven of the avant-garde for their first 2026 collaboration. Hyperglitch inaugurators, sonic pyrotechnicians & purveyors of some of the most uncompromising electronic music of the last decade, g.c join Realist to take that radio kinship offline for an evening of algorithmic abrasion and computational breakage.

glitch.cool co-founder sunnk brings a fabled A/V set down from Brum. One of the more quietly significant new media artists in the UK, sunnk’s work blendsaudiovisual programming with industrial sounds, technological distortion and a personal history of dance music, interrogating themes ranging from neurological disorders to occultism and esotericism. Combining sound art & electroacoustics with an interrogation of bass-driven club music, his is a sound that dumbfounds at every opportunity, and casts an influence both subtle & sizeable across glitch music & beyond.

Guildford’s Thorjn contributes his own A/V live set. Off a record in 2025’s Through The Crystal Window that should elevate him astride your OPNs & Heckers, and with another release imminent in NOVOPANGEA, this is a Bristol debut for a talent in true ascent, adept & masterful across IDM, ambient, electronica & noise.

Genie Tempest’s work combines off-kilter glitch, serene trip-hop and art-pop. The recent, superb Royal Way EP distilled GT’s mix of ethereal yet interruptive songwriting and disruptive collages of glitch. There are few producers in the UK able to provoke an alike fusion of otherworldly mystery & subversion.

Realist brethren tskali [DJ] & Henry Wilson open up proceedings with a dual performance melding performance art, spoken word & experimental electronic music. Cube stages the meeting of an artist & a DJ solidarising in a constant appetite for experimentalism & the emotionality uncoverable therein.

Realist Alive welcomes post-club, avant-hardcore pathfinders @doubletakerecords to Bristol for a triple-bill of dancefloor alchemy & hardcore transcendentalism.

Label founder @optionlist brings selection as expansive as can be, ranging from breaks & techno to industrial & drone, plus an inimitable ear for ambient destructiveness. Off the back of July’s astonishing EP Mystery of Flesh and recent appearances at Corsica and MOT for Syphen & Trauma Unit, List’s Bristol debut finds the artist at an ascendant point.

Deputies @voremipsum and @novasdemise represent two of the most cutting-edge producers/DJs about, coupling a pure omnivorous musicality with a penchant for dancefloor subversion. Between them: White Hotel, Hypoxia, heleveticacock @ Trauma Unit - a series of legendary appearances & it’s bout time they came South-West.

Maximum Euphoria’s @mermaids_estrogen and Realist architect @tskali__ round out the line-up, cramming all the avant-garde abrasion into 4 hours you could want.
