How this critter crawls in Cinema 4D 🐛⬇️

1️⃣ the base is a low poly worm shape 🐛 the whole animation of crawling and blinking happens here

2️⃣ Planes are fixed on certain vertex points via constraints. Cloth simulation controlled by vertex maps make them bounce with the rhythm, yay 🕺🏻 posemorphs make it possible to animate the hair/ear too, if needed

3️⃣ A connect object unites dynamic hair + base mesh.The high res mesh is projected onto it via surface deformer Tatdaaa, Felipe is born 😍🐛

About Rise Age:
Lively critters groove through a vibrant coastal world, guided by a superior chorus. But their carefree crawl is gradually interrupted by the invisible threat of rising seas. As unknown physics begin to change the coastline and one individual after another disappears, the community of critter must decide what is more important: the fear of being swept away or the desire to carry on as before?

Fluorescent critter groove through a coastal world, led by a superior chorus. Their carefree crawl, however, is increasingly interrupted by the rising seas. As the water works its magic on the beaches, one by one they are swept away. But is an invisible danger worth slowing down the usual crawl?
