We created a world of cute creatures, rainbows, blue skies and weird flowers with Nexus Studio for the launch of the Google Fitbit Ace, a gaming watch for kids that keeps them active with fun games that reward different types of movement. From VR sculpting flowers in the 3D realm to a live action shoot with the cutest most talented cast ever, our main aim was to make it feel like you just drank a full bottle of Sunny D 🌞

Butt Studio and CC Studio have joined forces to form Daisy Chain: a new motion studio with a focus on playful, experimental, vibrant aesthetics.
In a deserted landscape, a cult of tiny creatures stumble across some giant flowers. When the inhabitants carry the heavy relics to their gathering site, the flowers form a large chain rising in the sky as the world suddenly bursts into new life with rainbows and meadows. 🌈🌈

I recently worked on producing nine animated films about food as a Creative Director for @nexusstories - and for this one i straddled the role of also being animation director. we smashed together claymation, 2D backgrounds and 3D compositing into a white hot euphoric ride into the sweat and joy of spicy food. next time we eat spicy chicken together, now you know what plays in my head

just out now is the biggest project i’ve worked on! This Is Your Brain On Food - animations that give hyper specific representations of what the first bite feels like of - a donut, sushi, spicy chicken, boba tea etc etc etc.

The first of nine (?!) different films for food delivery service Postmates is an animation from Angela Kirkwood and it tells a story I wrote about what the sugar rush of a donut feels like. but it wasn’t even a story i wrote entirely myself?? the agency, client, Angela, all contributed to it. its new for me to not to be making every single part of a project even though i’m involved in nearly every creative decision. so it feels a bit like cheating to share the work on my own page. once im done with the existential stuff i swear i’ll just post stuff normally sorry x

Harry has worked in animation and design for 8 years, with clients across music, fashion and tech such as Nike, Instagram, Warner Records. Working primarily in 3D, he tries to break apart the tools and rewrite the normal processes of animating to tell new kinds of stories. Since the end of last year he’s worked as Creative Director for Nexus Design Studio, launching and shaping this new department within Nexus that focusses on motion design, typography, 3D and 2D short form content.
