Nica is a Pittsburgh-based artist, professor at Carnegie Mellon’s School of Drama @cmu.vmd, and the current Director of the Frank-Ratchye STUDIO @studioforcreativeinquiry for Creative Inquiry. Chris Jordan @seejayjordan is a New York City-based artist and the organizer of G33k Xmas, a long-running legendary tech-swap and community gathering.
The conversation spans the history of analog "wet sets," the importance of "creative research," and the radical politics of equipment access.
