Burdell x Pax x Luddite Winemaker Dinner

WE ARE STOKED to kick off @hellachenin Week announcements with an exclusive winemaker dinner at Burdell, freshly named #3 in the @sfchronicle 2026 Top 100 Restaurants

This is a true bridging of the hemispheres with legendary Chenin and Syrah producers, Pax Mahle of @paxwines and Niels & Alice Verburg of @luddite_wines

This collaboration was born when Alice met Pax at Hella Chenin 2025, stayed in touch, and returned a few months later to join harvest with him. From that connection, the idea for this collab dinner was born.

The evening @burdell_oak features a family-style, five-course menu paired with standout wines from both wineries, including library releases open that night only.

Throughout the dinner, enjoy conversation with the winemakers alongside insights from @chefgeoffdavis on the inspiration for each course and pairing.

This is an intimate, communal experience with very limited seats. Book with Burdell
