Prince George’s County now has more access to primary care. 💙
We recently joined Prince George’s County Executive Aisha N. Braveboy, Dr. Esan Simon of @closeknithealth, Sherise Holden of SheRises and community leaders in Seat Pleasant to celebrate expanded access to care with CloseKnit.
Through a mix of in-person and virtual visits, CloseKnit is helping make healthcare more accessible—with same- and next-day appointments and support that looks at the whole person.
Care should be close. Care should be easier. And this is one step forward.

We were proud to host @urbanalliance students at our Washington, D.C. headquarters for Building Career Pathways—a day centered on learning, connection and possibility.
Students participated in mock interviews with CareFirst #DifferenceMakers, joined a panel discussion on career paths and took time to connect with leaders across our organization. The conversations were honest, thoughtful and driven by the students’ own questions about what comes next.
Thank you to Urban Alliance, our panelists—Sarah Lawson (@whitmanwalker), Mikaela Ferrill (@jpmorgan) and Nathan Martin (@inovahealth)—and to the students who brought energy, curiosity and great conversation to the day.
