Model-turned-mogul @ashleygraham is juggling all of life’s messes-without pretending like it’s pretty.
Nothing is oft-limits when @nehapk meets up with Graham over breakfast, being served up something more filling than the frittata they ordered: the raw realities of motherhood.
She offers a seemingly-endless amount of practical advice in place of the platitudes so often directed at first-time mothers.

Having a boy? Scotchgard everything. Varicose veins? There’s underwear for that. Her confidence is infectious, promising that even the most unsavory parts of motherhood are within every woman’s realm of capability. “Your mindset going into the day is really the majority of it,” Graham says. “If you tell yourself you can do it, you can do it!”
