Yesterday I got to screen Mycelium at @fahacs followed by a Q&A. It was hosted by the Environmental Humanities research group, Visual Cultures of Ecology.
We had some great discussions about trees, mushrooms, David Lynch and more. It was a lot of fun.
Thanks to @tom_vickeryy for inviting me down.

Behind the scenes at Almscliffe crag in the summer, filming with @eesharsinghmusic
The wind makes it sound less idyllic than it was but we got to watch a beautiful sunset when we finished filming.

Some stills from Little Doll which @delilahsykes and I wrote, filmed and edited in 30 days for a Musicbed competition. We didn’t get anywhere in the competition but it was a great excuse to push ourselves to create something within a tight time frame.
The time pressure allowed us to work instinctively and try some new (and silly) filmmaking techniques.
The film is on YouTube and can be watched via the link in my bio.
