Pluralist is a Bristol-based DJ and producer whose sound draws from the full spectrum of the UK underground—melding UK funky, techno, broken rhythms, dubstep, and global club mutations into a distinct, percussive style. Known for his fluid, genre-spanning sets, he brings a sharp ear for rhythm and a deep connection to the dancefloor wherever he plays.
With performances across the UK, Europe, the US, and Canada, Pluralist has become a familiar name in forward-thinking club circuits. His productions have landed on cutting-edge labels like Pressure Dome, Club Djembe, TRATRATRAX, and Cloudcore, earning support from respected selectors including Ben UFO, Pariah, Nick León, and Verraco.
Alongside his club work, he holds a radio residency on Bristol’s SWU.FM, and previously hosted a long-running slot on Rinse France, using both platforms to showcase his broad musical influences and deep-dive blends.

Daruma EPでのDayzeroのアプローチは、ダブステップから更なる深みに没入させるものとなっている。"Ten"ではスプリングリバーブが滴り、"Daruma"では、ルーツ志向のFX処理が空間を彩る。それらのサウンドは彼が2020年にアメリカのダブレーベル ZamZam Soundsからリリースした作品の延長線上にあるものといえるだろう。Dayzeroは、要素の洗練されたプロダクションに特異で多様なサウンドを用いることで、独自のスタイルを確立させながらも初期ダブステップシーンを彷彿させる奇妙さや激しさを表現している。
The next release on Livity Sound’s Reverse label comes from Dayzero, a Japanese producer immersed in the deeper end of the dubstep spectrum. His appearance continues a long-term connection between underground music scenes in Bristol and Tokyo, previously crystalised in much-missed Naoki E-Jima’s Disc Shop Zero and the BS0 project.
Dayzero’s approach on Daruma EP is steeped in the heads-down immersion of dubstep. Spring reverb splashes through ‘Ten’ and the title track’s sparse construction gets embellished by roots-minded FX processing, which nods to his 2020 release on esteemed US dub label ZamZam Sounds. With an unusual and varied palette applied to his stripped back productions, Dayzero captures the moody intensity and open-eared attitude of the early dubstep scene while leaning in on his own unique style.
