The Landscaping Consultants
BALI & RHS award winning landscapers.
Delivering beautiful landscapes that perform over time.
Driving excellence & innovation in landscaping.

🌿 Talk about a dream team! It takes an incredible collective of craftspeople, engineers, and growers to bring a masterpiece like The @the_rhs Curious Garden to life at #RHSChelsea 2026.
This beautiful vision was designed by @francestophill in close collaboration with @thekingsfoundation, and proudly supported by ambassadors @alantitchmarshmbe and @davidbeckham. Together, this extraordinary crew worked tirelessly behind the scenes to build a space entirely free of man-made materials.
Massive credit to the collaborators who poured their skill into this garden:

🪵 The Joinery: The brilliant Olly Carter from @adventurousjoinery, crafting the gorgeous wooden elements that give the garden its soul.
📐 The Engineering: Glass engineer Marco Rossi (@marcorossiglass), ensuring structural precision meets natural beauty.
🌸 The Florals & Artistry: Stunning floral displays by artist @hamishpowellstudio, alongside the exquisite dried flower work of @botanical_tales.
🥕 The Heritage Vegetables: Jon Wheatley from Stonebarn Landscapes, bringing his legendary gold-medal expertise to the garden's incredible edible features.
🌿 The Exceptional Plants & Materials:

Every year it blows me away how designers create a moment of Calm in their gardens 🙏. To be involved with this beautiful space designed by @francestophill and built by @tlc has been a real joy this year and I can’t thank you all enough for all the kind words and messages, it really means the world so from the bottom of my heart, Thank you 🙏. #adventurous #joinery #chelseaflowershow

Heading up to London today for the final weekend before the Chelsea Flower Show opens on Monday, this time in a different role, as part of the judging team.
Hard to believe it’s already been a year since our @kingstrust garden, Seeding Success, sponsored by @project.giving.back in their final year of supporting Chelsea gardens. Over the past five years they’ve helped bring so many incredible gardens to life, and it’s been such a privilege to be part of that.
It’s such an incredible team effort bringing these gardens to life. From designers and contractors through to plantsmen, growers, and all the many hands behind the scenes, it really does take a village. And to then go on and win a gold medal is, of course, what everyone hopes for, but really it’s the cherry on the cake of that collective effort.
There’s always something special about this final push in the days before the gates open, the energy, the pressure, and the weather doing its own thing right up to the last minute.
Good luck to everyone at the show and looking forward to seeing what this year’s show brings!

There’s always something special about this final push in the days before the gates open, the energy, the pressure, and the weather doing its own thing right up to the last minute.
Good luck to everyone at the show and looking forward to seeing what this year’s show brings!

How many of you have been caught in this trap? 🛑
Too many landscaping business owners view team training as an unnecessary expense or a flight risk, rather than what it actually is: the ultimate growth strategy.
If you are managing your team from a place of fear, you’ve already lost. Your business’s productivity, safety, and client satisfaction are directly tied to how much you value your people’s growth.
✨ Maximize your team’s potential. Book a discovery call with Hyphae.Learning today and let’s discuss how we can elevate your team’s productivity and drive real, visible results. Link in bio.
#HyphaeLearning #TeamProductivity #EmployeeEngagement #StaffTraining #ProfessionalDevelopment
This is where it gets Real! What a privilege to be part of an @rhs feature gardeninvolving King Charles III, @davidbeckham and @alantitchmarshcbe , designed by @francestophill and built buy @tlc.uk 👊. #adventurous #joinery #chelseaflowershow #building
You can build the most beautiful garden in the world, but you can’t do it alone. 🌿🤝
As the planting teams arrive at the @the_rhs Chelsea Flower Show. We are meeting a lot of new faces with different perspectives and ways of working. This morning, I took a moment with @hyphae.learning to dive into the “Understanding Others” session.
In a high-pressure environment like this, empathy is just as important as technical skill. If we can see things from each other’s point of view, the whole project runs smoother. 📈✨
#EmotionalIntelligence #LeadershipSkills #ChelseaFlowerShow #Teamwork SiteManagement
It’s getting busy! 🚜🌸 With the planting teams arriving and apprentices on-site, safety isn’t just a policy—it’s a priority.
The build is in full swing. To keep everyone safe around moving vehicles and heavy plant, we’re running a quick Traffic & Site Safety Toolbox Talk via @hyphae.learning. 📱🚧
Being able to pull up these resources instantly on-site is a game-changer when you have a hundred moving parts to manage. Let’s get to work! 👷♂️✨
#ChelseaFlowerShow #SiteManagement #WorkplaceSafety #LandscapingConstruction #ConstructionLife HyphaeLearning OnTheGround
Good leadership isn’t just about giving orders—it’s about holding yourself to the same standard you expect from your team
Yesterday, a team member missed the mark on a specific instruction. My first instinct was to send them back to training. But after a little self-reflection here at the Chelsea Flower Show, I realized: if I want a team that listens, I have to be a leader who models that behavior first.
Back to the basics with @hyphae.learning to sharpen my own listening skills. You never stop growing. 📈

Chelsea Flower Show2026, Fatigue is the enemy of form. 🛠️⚡️
Day 9 at Chelsea Flower Show means tired teams and heavy lifting. We’re pausing for a 10-minute @hyphaelearning Toolbox Talk to make sure everyone is lifting smart, not just lifting hard.
Prevention is always better than a "twinge"!

With today marking World Earth Day, and the theme “Our Power, Our Planet”, it feels fitting to talk about Garden for the Future at Sheffield Park and Garden — our National Trust project exploring how historic landscapes can adapt to a changing climate while remaining grounded in their heritage.
The garden sits within the existing designed landscape at Sheffield Park & Garden, introducing a contemporary layer of planting and spatial thinking that responds to climate, biodiversity, and community, while respecting what is already there.
For us as a studio, this work reflects what we’re increasingly focused on: planting and design strategies that respond to the changing climate, and developed in close collaboration with clients, architects and contractors to ensure landscapes and built form work together as one.
The project has been recognised with a Sussex Heritage Trust Award, shortlisted for a BALI Award, and is now shortlisted for a Pineapple Award in the Climate Resilience category, with the ceremony taking place this evening. We’ll be there — wish us luck!
At its core, it’s a reminder that landscapes are living systems — and how we design and care for them now directly shapes their resilience in the future.
