I’m really excited to showcase two of the chefs who have become the heartbeat behind every dish at The Argo — Chef Bailey Troyer and Chef Isaac Bahn.
While they didn’t create our first Argo menu, they’ve helped shape what our kitchen is becoming. And tonight’s Chef’s Table is theirs — their creativity, passion, and story on a plate.
Both Bailey and Isaac have helped Milwaukee and the Midwest continue to grow as a true food destination, and they bring that same passion into The Argo kitchen every single day.
To make the night even more special, each course is paired with a wine thoughtfully curated by our own Beverage Manager, Christine Riddle, to complement and elevate every dish.
Tonight is officially sold out but don’t worry — we’ll be doing another Chef’s Table soon.
If you see @baytroyer @i.bahn or @grainfullyemployed at The Argo sometime soon, give them a thank you. They put a lot of heart into what they do, and I’m really proud of what they’re building here.
