The ‘agent’ exited his vehicle before quickly drawing his weapon from his waistband, and aiming it directly at two unarmed community members.
That afternoon, the same vehicle was spotted again by community members in Long Beach on 3rd and Elm st. The same gun-pointing ‘agent’ returned with his partner and drove off, but were spotted again entering the Hilton Hotel less than a mile away off Ocean blvd and Golden Shore.
This ‘agent’ has become a familiar face in recent weeks, targeting car washes and day laborers at Home Depot’s in Santa Ana, Long Beach and Los Angeles.
@harborareapeacepatrols has documented his vehicle, a White Ford Expedition, using tape to cover the license plate number when leaving Terminal Island before morning raids. @longbeachrapidresponse has also documented the same vehicle using tape to cover the license plate during raids at Home Depot’s.
Santa Ana and Long Beach have been facing increasing attacks by ICE in recent weeks. Agents pointed a semi-automatic rifle at unarmed community members from the dashboard of their van earlier this week. The next day the same unit almost ran over a community member in Long Beach Signal Hill before threatening her and others with loaded weapons.
These kidnappers continue to terrorize the community each day before returning to their hotels at the Residence Inn and Hilton in downtown Long Beach.
@longbeachcity is supposed to be a sanctuary city that operates under The Values Act , these hotels are literally down the street from Long Beach City Hall. Photos by Pedro Rios - The community of South Park in San Diego stood up to heavily armed masked ICE agents outfitted in military-style tactical gear when they raided Buona Forchetta on Beech st kidnapping several workers on Friday May 30.
ICE agents responded by firing flash grenades into the crowd while marching into the street with semi automatic weapons. The community didn’t back down and ICE agents were forced to retreat.

ICE agents in Atlantic City, NJ boxed in and detained a US-born citizen who was driving with his mom. When the man showed his ID the ICE agents tried to tell him his driver’s license was not proof of his citizenship.
The man repeatedly told them he was born in the US, in Atlantic City. ICE agents still interrogated him about where he lived, who he lived with, and demanded to see his vehicle registration even after he showed them another form of ID.

Slide 4- Masked CBP agents attempt to randomly detain people at a vendor stand in East LA on Olympic and Atlantic ave earlier this year. Agents tried to take a US citizen even after he showed them his ID. As I was filming one of the agents also attempted to ask me for proof of citizenship.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were filmed pulling a gun on, violently assaulting, and kidnapping a TEENAGER… who turned out to be a U.S. born citizen… in the Bronx.
Armed federal agents jumped a teenager walking down the street… pointing a gun at him from behind, ordered him to stop, and violently tackled him BEFORE even confirming who he was.
By the time they finally handcuffed him, his face was covered in blood.
AFTER they drove away, they finally asked for his ID and cellphone… only to realize they grabbed the wrong person.
A U.S. citizen.
So, instead of taking responsibility for assaulting and kidnapping a teenager, they dumped him in a random unfamiliar area… while he was still bleeding from his head.
His mother then had to take him to the hospital, where he needed FOUR stitches in his head.
This is what happens when a government agency starts acting like constitutional rights are optional.
The Fourth Amendment protects people from unlawful searches and seizures.
The Fifth Amendment guarantees due process.
And last time I checked, being a POC in the Bronx is not probable cause.
ICE keeps claiming these are “mistakes.”
Funny how the mistakes always seem to involve guns, blood, terrified families, and citizens being treated like disposable suspects.
If armed agents can throw a U.S. born TEENAGER onto concrete at gunpoint, beat him bloody before even confirming his identity, and then dump the injured TEENAGER in an unfamiliar area after realizing they grabbed the wrong person…
