Viv will explore the theme of adaptability, drawing from my journey from university to his current role as Head of Design. He’ll highlight how embracing change—sometimes without even realising it—has been a central force in his career. From in-house roles at HEAD and MAL to agency life at AKQA and Stink Studios, Greywoode witnessed firsthand how adaptability drives success.

¨I’ll delve into how Stink Studios has evolved over the years from a production company to a full-service creative studio, with change and adaptability embedded in its DNA. I’ll share key principles that guide our work: staying close to the craft, building diverse teams, and always pushing the boundaries of creativity.
