I made this poster to celebrate that fact that I’m playing a solo show in my town of Grass Valley! Please come, it’s going to be dreamy. Excited to play with Chris and Aaron at the hallowed house of the Un-Church. Worth the price of admission just to stand in the parking lot between sets under the stars and that one old street light with friends and neighbors. I just realized I forgot to put the price of admission on this poster haha. Probably $10 or $15? Doors at 7. See you there ❤️

Friends of the Sierra Foothills, the Dessert Boys World Tour of Nevada County wraps up this coming Sunday atthe famous Crazy Horse. Many many years ago I woke from a daytime nap during a visit in New Orleans and I heard a beautiful and strange record through the wall, I asked a friend what it was (Peppermint Birdhouse Tea Shanty Shack by @villageofspaces )and it became a new favorite. I’ve crossed paths with Dan and his music a few other times over the years and am excited to share this bill with him, in what feels like several lifetimes after that nice nap. I love playing in this band and dancing through end times with y’all. Come through 🐎 👽 🤠 💕

I felt haunted by the death of my grandmother who I love so much and who kept visiting me in dreams. I love this album and am so thankful to all my friends who inspired me during that time and who helped realize these songs on the album. Happy Worm Moon 🌕 The best full moon of the year, imo, when the first signs of Spring emerge.
