Composed in 2021, the Topos soundtrack underscores Max Bodendorf’s experimental, non-narrative animation. The film explores the hidden architectures of integrated circuit dies, turning microscopic details into vast urban landscapes and megastructures. Patterns repeat, scales overlap, and flows of information move like veins across a living grid.

The soundtrack matches these visuals with dense textures and immersive soundscapes, highlighting the monumental feel of the microcosm. The music emphasizes the tension between immense and minute, creating a contemplative space that expands the abstract structures on screen.

Topos was featured at FUSE Film Festival, Karlovac 2022 (Best Editing Award), Happy Valley Animation Festival, Pennsylvania 2022 (Honorable Mention), and Kurzfilmwanderung, Leipzig 2022 (Official Selection).

A live improvisation recorded at Dada, Toulouse, in March 2024, bringing together three artists whose paths have intertwined for nearly two decades. Aidan Baker (Nadja, Hypnodrone Ensemble), Romain Barbot (Saåad, FOUDRE!, Sables Noirs), and Frédéric D. Oberland (Oiseaux-Tempête, FOUDRE!, Farewell Poetry) have each carved their own singular routes through experimental music, but on this particular night, without discussion they stepped into the unknown together. For exactly 30 minutes, sound took shape between them—emerging, expanding, and vanishing as naturally as breath. Thankfully recorded by Aurélien Prévost and later restored and mastered with forensic care by Jean-Charles Bastion, the unedited recording preserves the immediacy of this suspended moment — one that might otherwise have been lost entirely. Guitar lines spiral outward like slow-motion shockwaves, while pulses of wind and distant chimes rise and fall like submerged signals. Layers of sound press against each other, stretching time until it frays.
The title, borrowed from poet Mahmoud Darwish, speaks of nights too brief for dreams to return — nights burdened with loss, with fire. The music breathes in that same spirit: weightless yet full of tension, dreamlike yet sharp-edged. Less a composition than a spontaneous entanglement, it’s a web spun in the dark—delicate, intricate, inescapable. There is no repetition, no second take. Just a single dream, unraveling before it’s gone.

Sopoorific est le projet musical d'Alison Flora, artiste pluridisciplinaire basée à Toulouse, mêlant musique, peinture, dessin et installations. Ses compositions, sonore, inspiré des univers fantastiques et occulte, explore des thématiques telles que la magie, des dialogues et visions d'entités invisibles, des monologues intérieurs sur des états d'âmes. Influencée par Coil, Zero Kama et des univers dungeon synth, les atmosphères sont dark ambient et rituelles, servant de catharsis. Après plusieurs albums sur le label Grande Rousse, dont "Ephemeral and Unseen", ses performances live intègrent des incantations, souvent parlées ou criées, dans une forme de libération extatique.

Romain Barbot fonde Saåad en 2009, un projet-laboratoire dont la musique tourne autour de la notion de réminiscence. Simultanément lumineuse et nocturne, légère et massive, douce et abrasive, elle hypnotise par sa simplicité apparente avant de nous perdre dans les infinies variations de son spectre. Une discographie très riche (plus d'une vingtaine de sorties en 15 ans) sur des labels tels qu’Hands In The Dark, Opal Tapes, In Paradisum ou Nahal, des apparitions aux formes variées (concerts, performances, installations, vidéos, improvisations…), des collaborations multiples, dont certaines avec des artistes de renom (Mondkopf, Siavash Amini), l'univers de Saåad est aussi insondable que sa musique.

Sleazy, créature queer, freaks et décadente qu’on pourrait croire sorti d’un film de John Waters, est principalement connue pour ses autofellations, son premier job était une « blowjob » ! Après avoir bien rongé son os, elle a décidé il y a quelques années de se réinventer en faisant don de son corps à la science, celle des idées curieuses, créations scéniques aberrantes, inventions déviantes et autres bizarreries issues du cerveau excentrique de Sotho, trouble personnage du Château H dont la nature vampirique ou non reste a déterminer.

'Heartists for Palestine' is a volunteer project, born from the desire to bring together artists to help the civilian population deeply affected in the Gaza Strip. All the pieces of music offered by the artists are unpublished to date. All funds collected will be entirely donated to PMRS (Palestinian Medical Relief Society), a healthcare access organization established in 1979 and present throughout the Palestinian territory. It is a historic partner of the French NGO Secours populaire français which will ensure the fund transfer. PMRS teams are currently exhausted and lacking in everything. Despite the destruction of their facilities and vehicles, its healthcare workers tirelessly support the Gazan population. They need our support - now, amidst the chaos, as well as in the future and for a long time to come. During major crises, every contribution matters. This project, however humble, aims to be a tangible expression of solidarity as well as a voice that speaks up, a gaze that does not turn away. It stands as a testament that we are, beyond space, intimately connected. We belong to the same humanity.
