I’m Renée, the founder and creative director of ROWS by Renée. I express Rows as a movement within the community embracing Afro hair and it’s art forms. Flowing, shrunken, twisted, buzzed, loc’d, braided, swaying, & defying gravity.
Styling Crowns from all across the diaspora ; African, Carribean, African-American, andAfro-Latino. Emphasizing unity all while embracing Crowns, one creative style at a time.
Rows started as a Black Hair series and turned to a movement for the activist and hairstylist . To continue challenging beauty standards, practicing self-love and identity, representing beauty, versitality, uniqueness, and doing so unapologetically.
