1. Put Some Skin in the Run: Join or create a virtual running challenge. This will give a reason to train and focus your running into a purpose. ⁣

2. Mix Up the Run: Let's face it, runners are true creatures of habit––once it works, we don't like to change. So do a HIIT workout, total body training, or some yoga and focus your same "running" mind into these activities. ⁣
