#amma #thistourmaycontainnewmusic #middlechild

There’s something refreshingly unpolished about Amma. Not in her talent, but in the way she talks about it. Fresh from touring across Europe and the UK, she’s quick to downplay the idea that she’s already stepped fully into her own as a solo artist. “I don’t think I’ve had a solo tour yet,” she admits, half-laughing, still grounding the experience in the comfort of doing it alongside family. It’s that balance. Between stepping forward and holding onto what feels safe, that defines where Amma is right now… on the edge of something bigger, but not rushing to pretend she’s already arrived.
What unfolds in conversation is a version of Amma that feels both thoughtful and disarmingly honest. She speaks openly about learning to “care less” on stage, protecting her happiness above everything, even music, and the constant evolution of her identity as both a person and an artist. From the instinctive creation of her EP Middle Child to the quiet pressure of living up to her own standards, there’s a sense that she’s still figuring things out in real time and is completely okay with that. For Revamp, Amma reflects on growth, self-trust, and why, sometimes, not having all the answers might be exactly the point.

After years of working as a stunt performer, actor, singer and dancer, James Wilkinson is stepping into the spotlight as MEKANECK in the upcoming Masters of the Universe. Describing the role as a “pinch-me moment,” Wilkinson credits his diverse background - from musical theatre to high-octane stunt work around the world - for preparing him to bring the iconic character to life.
Chosen by director Travis Knight to portray MEKANECK in live action for the first time, Wilkinson says the role combines physicality, humour and heart. While the action-packed world of Eternia demanded every part of his stunt experience, he believes audiences will be most surprised by MEKANECK’s light-hearted personality and charm beneath the heroics.

Bradley Gibson brings strength, heart, and soaring vocals to the West End as he reprises the role of Hercules at the iconic Theatre Royal Drury Lane. After originally debuting the role in New Jersey in 2023, Gibson has spent years developing the character, creating a deeply personal connection to the story of identity, belonging, and self-discovery.
Blending powerful performances with spectacular staging, the stage adaptation expands on the beloved Disney classic with new music, humour, and electrifying production numbers - including the crowd-favourite “Zero to Hero.” At the centre of it all is the iconic “Go the Distance,” a song Gibson says continues to resonate emotionally with audiences every night.

Matt Terry has spent recent years shaping a sound that feels increasingly personal, playful, and authentic. With his new EP Party In My Room, he steps away from the emotional heaviness of his earlier work and embraces a more carefree, pop-driven energy inspired by happiness, friendship, and living in the moment. Drawing on K-pop production, intimate house-party memories, and his own growth, both creatively and personally, the project captures what Matt describes as “the most carefree and fun version” of himself so far. In this feature, he opens up about the inspiration behind the EP, the emotional contrasts within the tracklist, and why creating joy - rather than heartbreak - became the driving force behind this new chapter.

Remember Monday are a vibrant British trio made up of Charlotte, Holly and Lauren, whose contrasting personalities are part of what makes the band so compelling. Charlotte brings a bright, uplifting energy, Holly is the band’s self-proclaimed “chaotic ideas machine,” always ready with a joke, while Lauren keeps everything grounded with calm organisation and support. After more than 14 years together, their chemistry has become second nature, proving that their trio dynamic works perfectly both on and off stage.
The group recently stepped onto one of the world’s biggest stages as Eurovision performers, describing the experience as both surreal and terrifying. Despite the nerves, they embraced the chaos behind the scenes, even lifting the mood among fellow contestants by turning their dressing-room corridor into an impromptu dance party to Natasha Bedingfield’s “Unwritten.”
Their upcoming single, “Delusional,” marks an exciting new chapter for the band, inspired by the nostalgic pop-rock sound of the early 2000s they grew up loving. Packed with rom-com energy and playful storytelling, the track captures the thrill of imagining a future with someone who barely knows you exist. For Remember Monday, the release feels like the moment they have finally discovered exactly who they want to be as artists, ahead of an exciting summer tour with McFly.

As Season 2 of Rivals returns to its world of glamour, scandal and emotional upheaval, Gabriel Tierney and Catriona Chandler tease a deeper, more emotionally charged chapter for the O’Hara siblings. Gabriel’s Patrick is stepping uneasily into adulthood after university, discovering that the seductive world of television, power and romance is far messier than he imagined, while Catriona’s Caitlin begins navigating first love and growing emotional maturity. The pair describe a season that expands everything audiences loved about the first - bigger parties, sharper drama and richer relationships - while also grounding its excess in real emotional stakes. With the O’Hara siblings growing closer amid family turbulence, Season 2 promises both heightened spectacle and a heartfelt coming-of-age story at its core.

Blending virtuosic cello, beatboxing, and genre-defying production, Kevin Olusola has built a career rooted in both innovation and authenticity. Best known as the Grammy-winning cellist and vocalist of Pentatonix, Olusola’s latest work reveals a more intimate side of his artistry - one shaped by fatherhood, spirituality, and the experience of growing up between cultures. In this conversation, he reflects on creating music his children can one day look back on with pride, navigating the balance between tradition and self-expression, and why embracing the qualities that once made him feel like a “misfit” ultimately became his greatest creative strength. From pre-med student at Yale University to globally recognised performer, Olusola speaks candidly about identity, healing through music, and the freedom that comes from making art that feels completely true to yourself.
