For 6 hours in line, Berlin based artist, Sorin Prodea, will do a durational performance, as part of his work ensemble, “Traces of Erasing History v1” (2026).

As for the celebration vibes, Bogman (@babamurga) will get your Saturday grooves going on the terrace, with a nasty DJ set.

“In a culture obsessed with resolution, optimization, correction, exposure, and aesthetic hygiene, this curatorial project writes itself as a soft rebuttal against the pressure to remain productive through collapse, coherent through contradiction, visible through exhaustion, and intact at all costs. Against finality, ascent, and “curation” as a filter of truth and reality.

Where every gesture is expected to arrive polished, legible, and complete, already translated into the language of value, failure can no longer be tolerated. It is eliminated, corrected, or archived. “

Join us this Saturday, MAY 16, starting 7PM, for the vernissage of our upcoming exhibition, “THIS IS NOT A GOOD IDEA,” curated by Medina Pop, and commissioned by Point.

Berlin based artist, Sorin Prodea (@sorin.prodea), will perform a fragment of “Traces of Erasing History v1,” a 6h long durational performance. His practice is rooted in the exploration of traces — the marks, gestures, and remnants that linger after an action, a moment, or a presence has passed.

“There is, underneath all of this, a question about what types of bodies (of work) and minds contemporary algorithms push to our attention. The perfected survives easily. The coherent moves efficiently. But what happens to those who / which do not meet the ‘conditions’? To those who heard “this is not a good idea” and continued anyway? They expose something the culture of optimization continuously attempts to correct: the irreducibly human fact that body, thought, emotion, state, and, ultimately, creation, do not always move toward improvement. Sometimes they fracture. Sometimes they stall. Sometimes they become something else.”
