in 2020, I started Wheels of Change. for a while, I put it on pause, but God has laid it on my heart to pick it up again. this charity is rooted in Romans 12:10: “Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other.”

the name represents the idea that we are all vessels of change—each of us has the ability to move, to act, and to bring transformation. just as Christ moved with compassion, bringing healing, hope, and restoration, we, too, are called to be vessels of change.

I’m excited to announce the relaunch of my charity @wheelsofchangee — a network committed to improving living conditions and providing essential support to those in need, including shelters, vulnerable communities and refugee camps.

Oreoluwa Ibitayo is a Filmmaker and Editor with a passion for visual storytelling. With a strong background in film production, Oreoluwa excels at transforming ideas into compelling video content, from concept to final cut. She has directed and edited films like The Lives Left Behind and Fray, and her work extends to commercials for brands like Scotiabank and Crave. She has also contributed to films and TV shows such as Village Keeper, With the Wind, and Mayday 23 & 24. In addition, Oreoluwa works annually for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Oreoluwa remains dedicated to refining her craft and creating impactful narratives that resonate with audiences.

I’ve had this story in my heart for a while now & I’m really happy to have the opportunity and medium to tell it with the help of James Del Pilar & Nelli Kharshina. this project is so special to me because it’s my first project created with @unrealengine. it was a tedious, hectic, and stressful project but it was worth it

The Lives Left Behind is a one minute short film that shows the emotional trauma and pain a young woman faces. losing a loved one or a friend to suicide is one of life’s most painful experiences. survivors of suicide loss are at a higher risk of developing major depression

big thank you to my professor, Eva Ziemsen for helping me through each process and encouraging me. I can’t wait to share it!
