Was a tough fight for the rainbow stripes until the very end with @avancinimtb and @lksbm 💥

The race was fast and hectic from the start. Big bunch of riders was riding together first 50kms.I had to close some gaps few times after I lost the contact, specially in the first long downhill. Luckily my legs were strong enough to catch back the leading duo which cost me some energy but in the end I was able to fight for the gold until the final kilometers.

Im very happy to collect another medal from the worlds! Thanks to my team @canyon_northwave_mtb, my family and all the friends and fans believing in me!

Super hard day for me at yesterday’s @heroucimarathonworldcup in Capoliveri 🇮🇹. My body was not working as it should and after 1h of racing it was not possible anymore to push my usual pace. But at least I finished the race.
So another year to wait if I can do 4 wins on this legendary race 😅. Solid work from @woutalleman 💪🏽 .
Now some rest and we go again 🤜🏼🤛🏼
