@joerobinetbushcraft is onto something.As a wilderness expert and father, he knows a thing or two aboutadaptation and survival, but after a tragic loss followed by a life-altering accident, he ran into something not many of us can’t run away from - grief.

So when it hit him, he went to the wilderness to figure it out.I get it.When my brother passed, I did the same - and by same I mean exploring, hiking, kayaking - not sleeping on moss. ;)

Since this film’s release it’s seen a lot of success.It’s about to join the 200K club, had some great live screenings and my man @yunchampurrado just got nominated for Best Editing in Documentary Short by @canadiancinemaeditors .

I want to send a shoutout to director/cinematographer @adamppedersen who literally carried the film on his back.As much as I love what’s on screen, as a former cinematographer I know how complicated it is to film this deeply remote shoot out in the woods, to portage and camp with gear, all while trying to shape the story of a subject whose used to telling his own.
