Join us for short experimental presentations of some~thing that is happening or about to happen – in art, science, and everywhere in-between.

Permeating Bites is a performative and sensory landscape where human and more-than-human, artistic and scientific, intentional and accidental forms of knowing intertwine. Within this space, nine artists and researchers present performative contributions that are interconnected through the medium of edible artefacts—nine experimental dishes that are gradually consumed, shared, and digested, together with the insights emerging from each performative intervention.

The concept of Permeating Bites is developed by Markéta Dolejšová and Tereza Lišková, who facilitate the space through spoken word, gestures and movement. For the final realisation of the event, they collaborate with Marika Krčmářová and Viktoria D’Agostino, authors of the nine edible artefacts.
