The bike as a lifeline.

To Jan, it’s more than sports equipment. It’s his „Fluchtfahrzeug“—the vehicle that carried him away from drug abuse and back to himself.

„I don’t need to think about getting on the bike and training as if my life would depend on it,“ Jan says.

Because for a long time, it actually did.
