Painting with shimmer acrylics again felt like finding a piece of myself I’d been missing. The very first layer started as scattered doodles and half-formed ideas while I tried to push through an art block. I stepped away from painting for a while to focus on other things, but coming back reminded me how much I truly love creating. Sometimes you have to get a little lost to remember what still feels like home.
