IDEAL GROUP ANNOUNCES FULL ACQUISITION OF MAAJJA

Ideal Group is thrilled to announce the full acquisition of maajja, a pioneering music record label, distribution and artist management platform.

This strategic acquisition gives Ideal Group full control of maajja's platform for amplifying diverse voices,
reinforcing its commitment to fostering talent and protecting artist rights and revenues.

As a founder of maajja, Ideal Group was instrumental in building and launching the company. This acquisition
is a natural evolution of that commitment, a founding partner taking full ownership of the platform it helped
create.

Ideal Group will continue to work towards advancing maajja's mission to foster an artist-centric ecosystem,
maximizing artists' earnings and sustaining their creative work through innovating in both music rights
protection and streaming technology. All existing artist agreements and partnerships will be honoured under
new ownership.
