We are almost ready to roll with the Venster Visual Story Challenge 2026!

In this post we want to remind you of a few important details regarding the posting to make sure that we will get to see your lovely stories as they will be posted.
Please read it carefully and maybe bookmark it in case you’ll need a reminder later on.

When posting your stories in May , it is very important to TAG US (all 7 hosts) in the post. It is not just the @mention in the caption, but also using the “tag people” (just under the caption) and tag all the hosts in your images. Without this it could be difficult for us to find your posts, so please help us and TAG!

As a sketch other I usually go with the first idea and it pays off. Try to be kind to your little new idea, treat it as something that needs to grow.
As for style: just do it and go for it. I was planning to@make this a full colour post. Turns out it works fine with a little background colour. These are things that will get you to actually post your story.

Venster was voor mij een jaargang feest om iedere week mee bezig te zijn. Gedurende het jaar heb ik gewerkt aan 3 verhalen en heb nog veel meer ideeën die ik graag met de wereld wil delen.Ellen en haar team van docenten hebben me het afgelopen jaar uitgedaagd en aangemoedigd. De druk van de opleiding combineren met mijn werk als zakelijk tekenaar was uitdagend maar ik ben zo blij dat ik de uitdaging ben aangegaan. Het was het mooiste cadeau dat ik mezelf heb gegeven en ik kan niet wachten om te zien waar het me naar toe gaat leiden.
