Il s’ensuit une errance dans l’espace et le temps, un voyage tantôt silencieux et abstrait, tantôt bavard et mélancolique. Le point de départ de l’histoire de Sammy Stein est un parking de la ville de Rennes, conçu par le bureau d’architecture Ateliers o-s Architectes pour éviter que les voitures n’envahissent le centre ville. Dans cette publication, destinée à devenir une collection, les ateliers o-s architectes présentent le bâtiment qu’ils ont construit à travers le regard d’un artiste.

A ventriloquist and his puppet are lost in what appears to be a deserted labyrinth, discussing their situation, their memories, and their feelings as they try to survive. What follows is a wandering through space and time—a journey that is sometimes silent and abstract, sometimes talkative and melancholy. A parking garage for the city of Rennes designed by the architectural office ateliers o-s architects as a means to keep cars out of the center is the starting point for Sammy Stein’s story. In this publication, which is destined to become part of a collection, ateliers o-s architectes present the building they have constructed as seen through the eyes of an artist.

Le point de départ de l’histoire de Sammy Stein est un parking de la ville de Rennes, conçu par le bureau d’architecture Ateliers o-s Architectes pour éviter que les voitures n’envahissent le centre ville. C’est donc carrément une rétrospective.De ville en ville, de pages en pages, on se balade dans un continuum deportraits et d’attitudes captés sans aucun scénario et dans des décorsqui importent peu au photographe. Monde global, attitude semblable,même endroit finalement.
