I know too much about video games. Music: Nachtleben + Stordræpar
Playing a show with @bizarrebilly at @asociacion_freedonia tonight + @alanaranjar on the decks
@noriiamorii performing „Do U Want It?“ by Nachtleben & Bizarre Billy at yesterday’s Cosmic Cream & Interplanetary Glitz party by @dennis.degenhardt.tadpole The song is now available on Bandcamp and all the nasty big platforms.
Starting around 1998, as the rest of the planet was busy digesting #drumnbass and #frenchtouch, Berlin was rediscovering the sound of the ‚80s and calling it #electro. The city was bubbling with artists daring to perform with their bodies, voices, synthesizers and electric guitars in clubs that were only used to techno artists turning knobs.
Few names remained in collective memory while the majority left a legacy of forgotten obscure records. One such artist went by the name of Tetsuo. A young Norwegian who was playing all over town and releasing vinyls on various labels before vanishing back to Oslo and becoming a writer.
Saturday May 30 at @asociacion_freedonia , @disco.bizarre Bizarre invites him back to play old and new songs under his new name that in Scandi ears sounds pretty cool: @its_nachtleben. @bizarrebilly is also around, so they can, besides djing, perform their new track together. Local enforcement comes from the charming Urugayan-Valencian @alanaranjar

Found a police training video about satanism & it’s the most amazing thing. Here’s an edit.
Music is from my EP ‘Heartslow’, which just so happens to be out today.

Hai Nguyen Dinh of two man band Next Life. Super intense show - in the best possible way.
Shots taken for @krushdbug.
AFTERLIFE 👾has been our deepest passion project, one that was mostly developed in our tiny living room. We ventured into the dark with basically a 0$-mocap budget, learning Unreal Engine from scratch as we banged our heads against the glitchy, unpredictable but also hilariously fun world of movement and body tracking with 2nd hand Xbox Kinects.
Winters in Norway are dark, and last winter we almost did not see anyone, except the shining blue lights from our glaring computer screens. There were some VERY long nights, and mornings. But we also fell in love with the madness and playful limitlessness of the AFTERLIFE universe, it was grueling but opened up the most magical, profound game simulation/exploration space. We are SO excited and grateful to share this world at Black Box teater in Oslo this week and oh my the spring is looking BRIGHT!
(more news soon).
Hope to see you all in the magical world of AFTERLIFE this weekend. ! (Nb: Saturday night is almost sold out!! 🥹)
We speak about it here inside this little snippet from our interview with the most passionate and knowledgeable game and electronic music EXPERT! Martin Bergesen
Thank you for this wonderful video @krushdbug & @kontekst.no ❤️
