I went down a bit of a rabbit hole lately…haha!!

Trying to understand how we actually move on the bike, measure it, and integrate it into a tool you can use.

One thing led to another… and I ended up building this inside Into The Gnar.

It basically takes a riding clip and breaks it down for you. You’ll see things like how your arms are positioned, how you’re holding your body on the bike, how active your legs really are… stuff we talk about all the time, but now you can actually see it.

It tracks angles, timing, positions… and turns it into something simple you can watch back and learn from.

Honestly, it’s pretty fun to play with. I’ve been running a bunch of my own clips through it, and others, and it’s kinda wild what shows up.

It’s not here to replace coaching. Not even close. It’s just a really good way to start understanding your riding before going deeper into it.

And for coaches, you can go way further with it. Full video breakdowns, voiceover, controlling the playback… basically building proper analyses to send to your riders.
