We welcome Interfering Grounds and Nous’Klaer Audio for a night of music and community exchange across two rooms.

Since its creation by Sjoerd Oberman in 2013, the Rotterdam based label has not only built an impressive catalogue, but also fostered a generation of artists moving fluidly through ambient, experimental electronics, and dancefloor oriented sound.

Interfering Grounds and Nous’Klaer share an interest in curation, artistic development, and building space for different approaches to electronic music.

This mix was recorded live on a hazy Sunday in Amsterdam last June.. I had just landed over to Amsterdam for my Summer tour, and played b2b with Konduku at Raum the night before.

The promoters Interfering Grounds organised a Sunday get together at Noordspace for the weekends unwind.

To DJ for people in rest / recovery is such a nice contrast to my usual selection, it allowed me to delve into music only usually played in my home.

Some highlights; CS. Kreme, Dreggs and YL Hooi - Australian acts that I am huge fans of and recommend people to take a deeper look <3

On April 26th, we’re returning to Noord Space for a day into night gathering.

We begin at 14:00 with a hangout on our terrace, serving lovely food and drinks. As the day progresses we start inside with a listening session, slowly movingtowards a dance deep into the night.

This edition is rooted in community, with a line-up that will remain a secret until the day itself.

Fri 16 JAN | RAUM invites Interfering Grounds x Femme Bass Mafia

Next week we’re presenting the third edition of Interfering Grounds with a full femme line-up. This time around they’re inviting Berlin-based collective Femme Bass Mafia, uniting artists for special b2b’s, dj sets and live acts across a club and listening room.
