Happening tonight in Seattle! @phinneyneighborhoodassociation Winter Beer Taste is easily one of our favorite beer pouring events of the year! Featuring over 30 breweries mostly from the Seattle area, and a nice mix of people in an historic three story building!All for a good cause! A fest done right.
We'll be pouring our classic saison, Biere Cest Leau and our fresh hop modern pils Citra Dolcita! See ya all there!

Two more freshies coming atcha this week! (This is week 3 of 4.) We are out in PDX and Seattle delivering these as I post this! And pf course the @ilklodge The season is far from over unless your game is shitty, grassy hot sideCentennial or cold side onlyhops! Most of our fresh/wet hop beers have multiple types of only the choicest of hops; Eldo, Mosaic, Citra, Dolcita, Krush, ID7 and Strata. No duds here. All wet! Ok, enough spouting off! The beers!

Let Hop Be Your Gardener
Fresh Hop WC Pilsner- 5.5% ABV
Collab with @mountolympusbrewing
Not just another collab beer with our buddies at Mt. Olympus Brewing, this fresh hop WC Pils has to be one of the best beers we’ve made in our short time open! A simple malt bill of flake corn and barley with the palest of pils malt, clean lager yeast and some Tet pellets in the boil. All the magic happens in the fresh hopping; fresh Sabro in the mash, fresh Strata in the hopback and fresh Citra in the dry hop result in a beer that ride the line between IPA and pilsner, the lightest touch grassy, citrus juice level bitterness with a fruity, tropical crushed citrus finish! It really is a garden of hop delights!

Fresh Hop IPA - 6.4% ABV

For our umpteenth installment in the madness that is Fresh Hop season in the PNW, we give you Fresher Drop IPA! This beer is nothing but LINC Malt Genie pils malt, chosen to simply give the fresh Mosaic, Dolcita and El Dorado a chance to shine together in one wet hopped fresh cut fruit salad! Hot sided with Mosaic and Dolcita for crazy dank, tropical and peach then dry hopped with an overzealous amount of wet El Dorado for a fresh slice of candied watermelon! We like to think of this as a fresh hop season extender!

Fresh Strata Pale incoming! We held off with the fresh Centennial lawnmower clipping mess that is the result of the wet hop race to the bottom that fresh hop season has devolved into. Instead focusing on only the hop varieties that make truly great wet and fresh hop beers. Starting with Strata. Softly hazy and oh so crusher at only 5.2% this is our only smaller pale for the fresh hop season and our kick of to our favorite time of year!

This Thursday with @capitolhillartwalk, we are hosting the launch of Spiritual Cookies, a fragrance collection created by musician and artist Jeremiah Green, best known as the late drummer of @modestmouse.⁠
