We recognised an under-representation of FLINTA* community in the proggy Acid/House/Trance sound & want to make a change.

We’ve started by hosting parties with established collectives from the community & emerging FLINTA* DJs. From here, frog will grow the base of FLINTA* producers by hosting workshops with experienced artists.

Introducing Salma

Based in Berlin but rooted in Tunisia, DJ and producer @salma.musiqa crafts high-energy sets that weave together bass, techno, house, and trance.

Her work is defined by a dual focus: delivering powerful, dancefloor-oriented experiences while actively championing and showcasing the sounds of SWANA artists.

They pursue records and the records come out as varied sounds that belong to different cults of genres. They previously ran _pre_fab_ and are now working on a trial-and-error flinta* occurence “butka”

@lady_jestive ’s mixing style stems from her deep connection to the dance floor, where music & movement are inseparably intertwined. lady jestive blends fierce beats, fun lyrics & dreamy melodies, with a touch of queer drama.

After years of spectating Berlin’s club and music scene, lady jestive is now actively also contributing to it by co-running projects like @rbl.berlin and @haram_nights_official.

accompanying our open call are experienced swampy selectors @inga__sama, @ahni.io, & @salma.musiqa, each bringing a unique take on the frog sound.
