‚After climax, we drift apart like particles shot into different galaxies. A soft ‚thanks, bye‘ echoes where seconds before there was fire. It’s the familiar choreography of a gay bathhouse, a darkroom, a fleeting connection in the shadows: passion distilled into its purest, most concentrated form - intense, wordless, immediate. It’s consumed in the present tense. Volatile. Electric. Already dissolving while it happens. Yet something remains. In these brief collisions, we exchange more than touch. We take a fragment of each other - a scent, a memory, a vibration under the skin - and we leave behind a piece of ourselves, surrendered without promise of return. There’s something profoundly romantic in that surrender. Something communal. A silent agreement between bodies: we meet, we merge, we let go. No future. No past. Only now. ‚ 

‚Longing (and) Dissolving‘ has a voyeuristic edge, as if you’re tuning into intimate sexual whispers between interlocked lovers. Deep, booming, muscular house kicks fade in and out of earshot, heavy breathing turns up the heat, and sexual tension drips from every beat.

‚Hungry for Presence‘ bottles up the rush of a sexual encounter with zippy synths darting about like furtive eyeballs in a crowded space. Clipped drums power on as sweat forms on the brow and acid arrives to take you to ecstasy - it’s unadulterated house filth for throbbing dancefloors.

Delicate Features return to us with a beautifully beguiling blend of folk, electronica, and heavenly melodic escape. Their latest EP comes with artwork by Daniel Rajcsanyi

Pavel Diakov and Radmila Nikogosian, the duo behind Delicate Features, are London-based and allow theirArmenian-Georgian roots to speak through their music. Since making their debut in 2012, they have released on this label as well as Cellar Tapes and Not Not Fun Records, always exploring immersive soundscapes that invite listeners deep into their world. Their music is a majestic mix of trip-hop, new age, medieval lament, and ambient reverie. They have cited Latvian folk songs, funereal black metal, Muslimgauze, and metaphysics as inspiration before, and they have now again created a stirring sound world with this new EP.

The blissful ‚Memory Gardens‘ is a quiet yet bright mix of smeared vocals, gentle harmonics, and found-sound percussion, riding sparse, broken beats that transfix body and mind. ‚Teenage Lightning‘ is an ascent to the stars on rising synth loops that glisten and glow with a cathartic, escapist effect. The gorgeous ‚In Bloom‘ is a painterly sound, with heat-emitting chords, gently bubbly, rubbery drums, and choral vocals that slowly swirl around in a heavenly nebula. It’s a restorative sound with an angelic soul and ‚Error Screens‘ agains hypnotises with liquid melodies, glossy synth repeats and churchy architecture that feels profound. It’s a seamless mix of the organic and the synthetic with a mathematical charm that moves body and soul. ‚Old Brook‘ is a quiet lament - an ambient soundscape for late-night reflection and emotional rebirth.

Manuel Correa „Feels“ EP out now everywhere.

Vienna-based DJ and producer Manuel Correa explores the tougher edges of House in his latest EP Feels‘ and featuring artwork from Daniel Rajcsanyi. Correa, who is half-Colombian and half-Belgian, was raised in Vienna. It’s there that Correa has been running his Just Kidding event series since 2024, while continuing to develop his gritty, deep, and percussive sounds. The ‚Feels‘ EP channels the strident energy of ‚90s NY house, with drums that grow meatier as the EP progresses, intense vocal and synth licks, deep, heady moments, and uncluttered, memorable hooks. Whether it’s the punchy rave stabs of ‚Spirit Beat‘, the rich organs of ‚Rage‘, or the sheer power and depth of the title track, the ‚Feels‘ EP is a classy dancefloor destroyer.

KITI ARSA is our first guest - KITI ARSA brings an energetic and eclectic sound that blends underground club vibes with infectious rhythms. Known for reading the crowd perfectly, KITI ARSA builds sets that move seamlessly from deep grooves to high-energy dance moments. Expect a dynamic journey on the dancefloor that keeps the vibe alive all night.

Also joining us the night is Skinny P., a Stuttgart-based DJ known for his powerful sets and distinctive club sound. Drawing inspiration from the local underground scene, he mixes driving beats with raw energy that keeps the crowd moving. Representing Stuttgart’s nightlife culture, Skinny P delivers a performance full of intensity and late-night spirit.

This saturday we are back with our monthly dance party at Romantica starting at 11:56PM (23:56). Your musical guides through the night are Rumi de Baires from Gaze Vienna and our residents Jorkes and TiZiAN.

Born in Buenos Aires to Cape Verdean families, Rumi’s musical identity reflects a lifelong dialogue between his roots and the dancefloor — where the jazz, Brazilian, and Afro-Latin sounds that shaped his upbringing meet with his deep loveand commitment to house, disco, and techno. What started as a hobby in 2005, took a serious turn upon his move to Vienna in 2016. Since then, he has become a driving force in the city’s underground scene.

He is one of the founding members of A party called Jack, an event series and collective celebrating house music and its origins in funk, soul, and disco. Rumi later also launched GAZE, a platform amplifying the “queer gaze” on electronic music, visual arts, and performance — now a cornerstone of Vienna’s LGBTQI+ community.

Rumi’s dynamic approach behind the decks (mixing both vinyl and digital) has led to appearances at internationally acclaimed institutions such as CLUB RAUM in Amsterdam, Panorama Bar in Berlin, and celebrated queer events including IsBurning, Horse Meat Disco Berlin, Gayhaze and Multisex. Rumi’s versatility also becomes apparent in the multiple B2B sessions he has held with many reknown local DJs, as well as with international artists like Carlos Valdes and Eris Drew.

While he is currently working on his first release, Rumi’s musical identity can be found in online mixes for platforms such as Permanent Vacation, IsBurning, Refuge Worldwide, Kiosk Radio, and Vienna’s RES Radio – each a testament to his ongoing exploration of sound: from abstract ambient soundscapes and soulful rhythms to high-octane dance floor energy.
