There’s a difference between busy work and being productive and it’s important to know the difference.

Busy work looks like motion.
Productivity is intention.
Anybody can move. Anybody can look occupied. But not everybody is building. Not everybody is sharpening their craft. Not everybody is applying pressure where it counts.

There’s other artists and then there’s FlyKickz.
I promise you not everyone is built the same.

I don’t just create art.
I live it. I carry it. I embody it.
I treat myself like a brand because I am one.
The art and the artist. No separation.

What I put into the world is a reflection of how I move, how I think, and how I execute. Every piece represents discipline over distraction. Purpose over noise. Impact over activity.

Every time life throws something at me, I refuse to fold, I double down and get to work.

Motivation comes and goes, but discipline is what carries you when you don’t feel like showing up. When I don’t like my circumstances, I ask myself, “What can I control?” And if it’s within my power to change, I make a plan and attack it daily.

Some days the progress is big. Some days it’s barely noticeable. But none of that matters as long as I keep showing up. Small steps repeated consistently will always lead somewhere greater.

I show up everyday and make it count!

Every Sunday, I take time to think, plan, do, then I follow it up with a reset. I reflect on the previous week, track my sales and expenses, follow up on previous correspondence, set new goals for the week, and map out my content for the days ahead; Preparation creates freedom for me.

Life and business can be unpredictable. Some weeks require more attention in certain areas, and sometimes unexpected adjustments have to be made. But I’ve learned that starting with a plan gives me the flexibility to adapt while still leaving room for spontaneity. It’s bigger than just creating the art, I am also the brand. I put in alot of work because I’m committed to making it happen regardless.

I enjoy structure, but I also enjoy the freedom to move how I feel. I believe in moving with purpose and intention. My goals are bigger than temporary distractions or setbacks so I muster up the energy I need to keep pushing forward and I leave nothing to chance.

I focus on what I can and trust everything else will find its place!

Some people will never fully understand how much a person has endured just by looking at them. They’ll see the smile, the consistency, the strength, and never realize the storms that had to be survived to become that version of you.

I’ve never felt the need to overexplain myself. My character speaks. My resilience speaks. My ability to keep showing up, keep creating, keep standing tall no matter what life throws at me, that speaks louder than words ever could.

Life has tested me in ways most people could never imagine, yet I continue to move with integrity, optimism, purpose, and faith. Not because the journey has been easy, but because I truly believe I was built to endure.

Every setback taught me something.
Every loss strengthened me.
Every challenge refined me.

So when my actions reveal that I’m built different, trust me, I AM.

And if life has been hitting hard lately, this is your reminder:
Adjust your crown. Take a breath. Make the necessary adjustments. And keep going!

For as long as I can remember, I have never played about you. When you would laugh and smile at me as a kid, l remember thinking, I will never let anyone hurt your beautiful heart. And all these years later, I’ve kept that promise.

A few things most people don’t know about me:
I never really cared for flowers until the first time you gave them to me at my first solo show on June 4, 2021. I still remember you walking through that doorway, so proud and excited, flowers in hand. I even kept some of those flowers and framed them because that moment meant that much to me. Truthfully, a big reason I do art shows is just to see your smile in those moments.

Another thing most people don’t know, I don’t really keep pictures around my place except in my studio. My studio is the battery pack that keeps everything running, and the photos of the people I love remind me how grateful | am every single day.

I keep photos of us when I was a baby because honestly... I still can’t believe I got this BIG. Like WTF 😆But more importantly, those pictures remind me what unconditional love feels like.

Your love for me has never swayed, even during the times | lost my way. You have loved me like your heart beating depended on it.
