-High Incline Chest Press Machine: 1 heavy set of 8-10 reps. 2 lighter sets of 10-12 reps.

-Bent Over Row Machine: 1 heavy set of 8-10 reps. 2 lighter sets of 10-12 reps.

-Low Incline Smith Machine Chest Press: 2 sets of 10-12 reps.

-V-Grip Lat Pulldown: 2 sets of 10-12 reps. Last set 1 x drop sets.

-Lower Chest Fly: 2 sets of 12-15 reps.
