Each episode centres on learning directly from the people embedded in the scene who are actively pushing the culture forward, with a focus on spotlighting emerging and underrepresented artists.

Hailing from Naarm, Jives is a producer and DJ bringing high-energy sets shaped by a deep love of club culture. From cutting his teeth at occasional birthday parties and weddings and everything in between, he’s built a versatile sound that covers all bases when required.

Blending UK garage, house, future bass, and deep house, Jives moves seamlessly across genres, always chasing the grooooove baby. At the heart of his sets is a signature obsession with pop—flipping familiar hooks into fresh, dancefloor-ready remixes that hit both the nostalgia and the drop.

RIEPLAY (Arielle Ross) is a 21-year-old, female, neuroqueer, electronic music DJ and producer based in Naarm/Melbourne. Known for dynamic performances that blend pop-infused, infectious beats, RIEPLAY released their debut EP Dreaming of Yesterday in 2025.We are super excited for @rieplay to be performing live for de cleurb.

Introducing: @two.petty
An up & coming dj, visual artist and event curator Two Petty is slowing cementing his place within the Naarm underground music scene. With a love for experimental bass lead rhythms and tunes, Two Petty aims to take the dance floor on a journey moving effortlessly through genres keeping the dance floor grooving all night long. His visual art also builds off his love for the experimental, with a focus on abstract, glitchy, digital work that also feels organic at the same time.

EL DANO has a huge appreciation for a wide range of music, and this shows in his ability to mix with a genre fluid approach. Bass music takes priority, where his deep love for future bass, groovy house, UKG, 140, DNB and Dubstep.

Melbourne-based producer and DJ @inuka_1 is known for his moody and infectious electronic music, with his tracks appearing on Triple J Unearthed and Spotify. INUKA has played at major festivals such as The Dot and the drum and bass event collective Hospitality, as well as closing for DJ EZ.
In July, INUKA released the track ‘Night in Preston’, which appeared on Spotify’s Fresh Finds playlist, amassing many new listeners.
Drawing from his experiences growing up in India, the UK and Australia, INUKA hopes to invigorate the dance music scene, with his music providing a form of escapism and storytelling through a more visceral soundscape.
