May 5 is the National Day of Awareness for Missing & Murdered Indigenous People ❤️

Alaska has some of the highest rates of violence against Indigenous women in the U.S. and far too many cases go unnoticed, unreported, or unresolved.

This is not just a statistic. These are mothers, daughters, sisters, relatives.

We can’t stay silent.

🔴 Learn & share resources from organizations like @aknwrc and @mmiwg2s @dataforindigenousjustice and @native_mvmnt
🔴 Support Indigenous-led advocacy and community efforts
🔴 Amplify stories that are too often ignored
🔴 Push for justice, accountability, and systemic change

Wear red. Speak their names. Keep showing up.
