PURE Guest.101 Crystallmess

來自巴黎的 Crystallmess 是 DJ 、製作人、跨領域藝術家與視覺文化研究者。在她的創作中，非洲離散音樂的律動與歐洲工業噪音的冷冽，不再是平行線，而是一場激進的對話。她不只是為了宣洩能量而放歌，而是透過電子聲響與碎裂節拍，傳達關於黑人身分、殖民異化與郊區生活的政治訊息，內嵌情感記憶與集體認同。她的音樂介入作為一種「擾動」策略，質疑音樂史中線性、歐洲中心的系譜敘事，以及殖民主義所持續造成的影響。

過去十年間，她逐步奠定自己在電子音樂領域的地位，作品曾發行於柏林廠牌 PAN，並於 Berghain 等音樂殿堂演出。然而，她對聲音的運用早已超越音樂場域，成功將聲音實驗轉化為具前瞻性的藝術實踐。作為 2025 年倫敦泰特現代美術館（Tate Modern）首屆 Infinities Commission 得主，她被視為當代最具實驗精神與未來視野的藝術家之一。

對於大眾樂迷而言，Crystallmess 真正闖入國際視野，是在 2023 年 Coachella 音樂節那場充滿爭議卻又無比迷人的 Frank Ocean 壓軸演出中。那場混亂且極具實驗性的表演中，Frank Ocean 選擇將舞台交給這位來自巴黎郊區的藝術家。Crystallmess 站在 Virgil Abloh 設計的透明唱盤前，完成了一段近乎癲狂的 DJ。她大膽地將 Frank Ocean 的〈Lost〉與 Ice Spice 的〈In Ha Mood〉，甚至 90 年代英國電音經典〈Born Slippy〉暴力拼貼在一起。
