Fally Events are back and slimier than ever! After months of trekking through bogs and putrid swamps, they have finally found a leader worthy of following.

Introducing Froglord! Since the dawn of time, mystics have prophesied the coming of an ancient amphibian, bestowed with deathray vision and ectoplasmic slime. Emerging from deep within the mystic swamps of Bristol (UK), Froglord arise bringing their powerful blend of sludgy grooves and psychedelic doom. With face-melting fuzz and foot-stomping riffs, Froglord’s reign of amphibious terror has begun.

They will be joined by local Stoner Doom legends TÜSK and Dungeon Synth maestros Temple of Belinus.

Muslim Shaggan is a vocalist from Lahore, Pakistan. His vocal delivery is technically sophisticated, yet tender. Muslim was trained by his grandfather, Ustad Ghulam Hassan Shaggan, who carefully prepared him to carry on a centuries-old legacy from the young age of 7.

Today, Muslim is one of the most accomplished classical vocalists of his generation in Pakistan. Beyond Muslim's prowess in the Khayal genre, he is equally adept at a variety of other South Asian musical forms, including contemporary and folk styles. His musical experiments are rooted in traditional knowledge, yet unconstrained by its rigorous methodologies.

Mark, once half of legendary radio double-act Mark and Lard, has been on the national airwaves since the early nineties and currently hosts the Radio 2 Folk Show and weekend breakfast on 6Music. He was the leader of folk-rock bands The Family Mahone and Galleon Blast.

Offering sterling musical assistance and much-needed moral support is Mark’s musical collaborator David Boardman, a consummate guitarist, singer and fine artist. Their debut album ‘First Light’ is now followed by their sophomore offering ‘Hearsay and Heresy’ which has attracted extensive national and local radio airplay.

Their act is one of classic simplicity: two voices, two guitars, some great original songs, the odd carefully chosen cover and the occasional rambling anecdote. It might not sound like much, but they seem to be getting away with it….so far.

Magic Exists! The Spargo party returned last weekend and it went off with an absolute bang.

We spent a little over a week converting the beautiful higher Spargo farm yard into a three stage event to raise funds for @falmouthpenrynwelcome @falmouthfoodcoop
and @medicalaidpal

I am in awe of all the generosity and kindness to all helped me put this event on, theres no chance I could have done it without them. This truly was a magical night. To mention a few: @cornishbank for providing the bar, @thechintzbar for lending tents, @frogandbone for a wonderful magic show and burlesque organised by Lydia. @neptune_audio_ and @skew_wiff_soundsystem for providing sound alongside @rigatonisoundsystem , @shadow.works_ on the lighting.

We have raised £5846.37 for the charities split equally three ways.

Thanks to @ikepapsevents and @imaginink_media for the lovely photos, there are many more to come.

Special thanks to @higherspargo_artschool for letting us transform the yard for the weekend.

Big ups all off you who dance your socks off, dressed magically and brought all the energy to the dance. We will see you next time!

Susannah Sail is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, making soul, jazz and alternative-indie music with her three best friends and bandmates. Susannah’s songwriting is inspired by her past relationships, musings on the complexity of human emotion, and a positive vision of the future. Her band, featuring George Offenbach (bass), Taylor Daley (drums), and Morgan Doughty (guitar) brings the sensibilities of a live jazz band, supporting and embellishing these heartfelt compositions.
