時間について考え始めたのは、日本からベルリンに戻ってすぐ後に、父の心不全が発覚したのがきっかけだった。心不全という病気は、発症する前からさまざまな原因が少しづつ重なり、ある日突然病状として発症するもの。病状は今が一番良くて基本的にはずっと悪くなってゆく。ガンとかと違い完治がない。
私が日本に滞在中本人も自覚症状がなかったから周りの誰も気づくことなく、症状が出るまでは知らなかったけれど、私が日本にいた時から父は心不全になりかけていたのだ。
不思議なのは、病気になりかけてはいたものの病気のことなど気づかずに“今まで通り”過ごした時間と事実を知った後の時間。ずっと一本の線の上で繋がっているはずなのに、事実を知るという点を境に、別の時間が流て全く違う世界に変わっていく。
私はもともとノスタルジックな思考をするタイプだったけれど、その時初めてその「点」の存在に気づき、決して点の前に戻ることはないのだと知たら、過去が何かカプセルに入れられていくような感じがした。

次の投稿で載せる「時間」という花とダンスのコラボレーション作品ははこんな考えからところから始まりました。
やりたいと思っていた映像作品を初めて作れたので良かったら次の投稿も見ていただけると嬉しいです。

Le temps s’installe au-dessus de notre existence.
Il ne s’arrête pas, on ne peut pas l’attraper.
Le présent devient constamment le passé,
le future se transforme continuellement en présent.
Le temps coule, on ne peut pas le boucher.

Pourtant on croit le temps comme s’il était clair et accessible,
que l’on le considère comme une mesure qui nous dirige.

Pourquoi on compte quelque choses d’incertain et d’invisible?
Pourquoi on le suit comme s’il est une vérité absolue ?

Qu’est- ce que vous dite de sortir de concept du temps que l’on aurait inventé et
de parcourir tous les instants de vie, comme les fleurs ?

Les fleurs ne parle pas du passé ni du future.
Elles vivent au moment, en exprimant leur existence.
Chaque fleur danse dans un vase, en rythme de la lumière, jusqu’au moment où elle fane.

Qu’est-ce que vous dite de danser au moment?
Comment vous exprimez votre existence au monde?

Valentine’s Day is coming next Tuesday !!
This is one of the big day for florist!

But… Cœur d’…decided to not get in the flower sales battle for Valentine’s Day.
Because Love is not sellable and not buyable.
It doesn’t mean that I’m anticapitaliste.
I just don’t want to say « express your love with flowers!! »

Love is free.

So I decided that every 14 February, I try to express my way to celebrate the day of Love.

Last year, my concept was « proof of being LOVE ».
And this year, « l’amour par hasard ».

Neo Ikebana is a freestyle, minimalistic approach to floral arrangement—no rules, just pure self-expression through flowers! It’s a creative process that invites you to connect with nature and your inner world in a way that feels personal and freeing.

Unlike traditional Ikebana, which follows specific techniques and forms, Neo Ikebana allows for more freedom and creativity, breaking away from conventions to explore unique, modern expressions of floral art.

In fact, I’ve written about Neo Ikebana in the past for japanese magazine @florist_online. I’ve always believed that flowers should be a medium of expression for all, not limited by traditional boundaries.

This is why I’m excited to offer this workshop, where anyone can join and discover the beauty of flowers in a totally new way.

This time, we’ll be incorporating your favorite fruits and vegetables alongside spring flowers to create something truly unique.

It’s about play, fun, and the joy of self-expression.
