Immeasurable Joy & Gratitude , thatโs what I feel . Thank you to all that have called, texted, posted , reposted and commented.
A week ago, I was graduated #classof2026 BSc Business Administration from @ashesi. To God be the Glory !!!
I have seen everyoneโs comments across social media, and received messages and phone calls of congratulations; it has truly been and still is a major milestone celebration in my life.
What touches me the most, are the messages that I received of people being Inspired by my story and deciding to pick-up and finish what they had left behind โฆ now thatโs a blessing!!!
In my own corner , I blocked-out the noise in order to focus and complete my degree, now I see that my journey in private (with all its wins and losses) is being celebrated and is actively inspiring men and women to continue pursuing their forgotten projects and dreams .
As long as we live , we learn . So letโs keep learning in every way possible , it is the key to a great and successful life .

Ayyyyyy Iโm overjoyed and shouting โEL-Roi the God that sees meโ
Do you know my EL-Roi? This is my 25 year long testimony & degree.
My educational journey hasnโt followed the standard timeline that society has set; I have had a few stops here and thereโฆ through love, relationships, breakups, stubborn headed dreams and ideas , pregnancies , building a home, miscarriages, still birth, marriage , 2 amazing children , divorce, anxiety , depression, adulthood, finding my passions, work stress, and soo many more beautiful lived-in experiences .
My Ashesi Journey started in 2009 when I joined my class of 2011, due to some of lifeโs crazy detours , I had to bow-out and take a break . I enrolled for classes and was back on campus in 2012, but life had other plans and I had to bow-out once again .
This time I was broken, tired, alone and felt helpless. So I gave myself the permission to give-up this goal of mine. I dulled the sting in my chest by focusing on my children and everything else inbetween .
Fast forward to 2023 when my daughter had left to start her college journey ; I found myself alone at home and almost immediately after I asked myself the quiet question โwhat do I do now ???โ Did a silent voice whisper in my head โASHESIโ .
In 2024 I was re-admitted and Truly it was a new Beginning , I was back home at Ashesi .
But this time , it was different . Prayer was the stone I laid my head on ! I knew I wasnโt alone ! Fasting , prayer , more fasting, More prayer . And to top it off I was fully present on campus and everyone I met was a helper sent from God . I was able to counsel and advise a few folks based on my experience (since I was tagged a โSuper Senior), I mean, your girl was grownnnn , but I wouldnโt have it any other way . I loved my new friends on campus and they accepted me fully .
My mantra was , youโre either with me or against me , either way iโm soldiering on . Many times the scars and fear of my experiences in life , planted seeds of fear and chopped away at my self confidence, but God always brought me back to a good place.
This journey I just completed is not by my might, it is by the strength of El Roi. He saw Me! Classof2026
