Inspired by the mythology of Hercules, the menu interprets his “Twelve Impossible Labors” as a series of foods, poems, and artworks. Each course arrives with an illustration and a short poetic description—building a cohesive narrative of myth, flavor, and imagery.

How To Look At A Painting
A year-long project in less than 90 seconds.
It is my goal in life to make the greatest works possible. As such, I’ve thought much about what is a great work, and what it means to make great works.
Historically and presently, it is apparent that often, the context dictates more than the object itself.
To that, I say fuck you. I believe in the inherent truth—the feeling you get when you face powerful mountains, when you confront the vast ocean. You don’t need an explanation, you don’t need context. You only need yourself, and it is my goal to create an opportunity for those moments.
To explore this, my team and I embarked on this project. To take the work out, to places where we found those moments for ourselves, and we tried our best to capture them.
One painting, many places across New York, and many moments later, this is the result.
