We are excited to share that we have successfully secured planning consent for Faryners House on behalf of Monument Estates.

The project will comprise 97,000 sq.ft of Grade A workplace on 10 upper floors, with selected levels benefiting from external terraces offering views towards the Monument and the River Thames. Retaining the existing basement to reduce embodied carbon, the project is targeting top sustainability standards with a strong focus on environmental performance.

Progress continues at 38 Finsbury Square a.k.a. Folio, where we’re delivering a modern Grade A workspace in the heart of London. This cut and carve reimagines an existing 1990s office building on the historic site of The Temple of the Muses, once the largest bookshop in 18th century London.

The project includes 52,000 sq.ft NIA of future focused workspace, delivered to CAT A, full replacement of the façade, a new roof terrace, communal amenity spaces, and high quality end of trip facilities. Targeting BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum enabled, Folio is being built with sustainability, wellbeing and long term performance in mind.

Philip is a fantastic addition to the team with 40 years experience in the industry. He provides a strong operational and commercial focus, and ability to bring professional teams together with his hands-on and pragmatic approach.

Max has a decade of experience in delivering large, complex developments across London. He enjoys being in the detail, and overcoming hurdles to steer projects forward whilst maintaining strategic oversight.
