“Good afternoon, thank you for being here.
Today I have mixed feelings: I am very grateful and touched to be here with Juan, my film-partner and with Camila and Moli, two of the protagonists of Croma. We are very excited with showing for the first time a film that we made with a lot of effort and love.

Meanwhile, we are witnessing the genocide of the Palestinian people, Argentina is being devastated by a fascist government, and I’m sure each of you could add infinite points to this list.

But here we are, navigating this falling-apart world full of nonsense and contradictions, premiering our film. Trying to imagine other futures and other presents. Looking for ways to continue resisting.

Hoy tengo sentimientos encontrados: Por un lado estoy muy agradecido y emocionado porque estar acá con mi equipo: con Juan, mi socio y cómplice en el cine, y con Camila y Moli, dos de las protagonistas de Croma. Estamos emocionadxs a punto de mostrar una película que hicimos con mucho esfuerzo, tiempo y trabajo.

In a green-screen studio, a group of people ask themselves questions and meet to imagine other ways of being together. In this green space, the norm is suspended. A project about the characters we play to present ourselves to others. An invitation to rewrite the scripts of our lives.

En un estudio verde croma, un grupo de personas que se están haciendo preguntas se reúnen para imaginar otras formas posibles de estar juntxs. En este espacio verde, la norma queda suspendida. Un proyecto sobre los personajes que interpretamos para presentarnos a los demás. Una invitación a reescribir los guiones de nuestras vidas.
