365 days ago I left HMP Brixton with a plan of how I was going to change my life. I’ve always had a dream of becoming a TV chef and 5 months ago I started creating content with my bro @combo.gogetta on a joke ting and it actually started to slap 😅

Sunday the 14th of august I had my first tasting menu for 80 people. Without the help of @stephgump along this journey this whole thing wouldn’t of been achievable!

In this life you can achieve anything you want as long as you put your mind to it. It wasn’t easy but life is defo going in the right direction 🥳

An unconventional and inspiring route to owning his own place- Love how different Nathaniel’s journey and inspirations are from what we hear so often and his insane ambition to put Caribbean cuisine on the Michelin map is pretty exciting too.

Natty start out at Deloitte and Oblix at the Shard where he developed his passion and skills in the kitchen.

And this is one of the few times we’d hear chefs say they look up to Gordon Ramsay - but he is undoubtedly inspirational for chefs like Natty, who are looking to be hugely successful and create thousands of jobs for other people.

We are excited to see what comes of Natty’s plan to set up a charity for prison leavers too. We’re sure that if anyone can achieve this it’s you Natty.

@nattycancook_ has a story to tell and Anna and I were here to listen to it over @aldiuk Monsigny Champagne and some @ronsantiagodecuba . From troublesome teen years and a honeytrap stabbing, Chef Natty turned his life around through his passion for cooking. Awarded Best Newcomer at the @condenasttraveller UK Restaurant Awards in 2025 he opened his own restaurant, @2210bynattycancook and won Best New Restaurant the following year. There is no doubt he is headed to the top with his goals of getting the UK’s first Michelin star for his innovative Caribbean cooking.

Finally tried the famous @2210bynattycancook . They’re officially 1 of only 9 Caribbean restaurants listed in the Michelin Guide globally, and the only one in Europe. Right here in London!!

The food was so good, you need to head down ASAP to try for yourself.
