MYTH: Coravin only works for the first few glasses. 🍷

This myth usually comes down to technique, not technology. Argon gas is non-reactive and does not degrade over time. The process that protects the first glass is the same process that protects the last.

To get the best results every time, follow the four C’s:

Closure: know your closure. Coravin Timeless is designed to work with natural cork and works with screw cap when used with a Coravin screw cap accessory.

Clear: before pouring, briefly press the trigger away from the bottle to ensure the needle is clear of wine and filled with argon.

Clean: rinse the Coravin regularly by running warm water through the spout to prevent wine buildup that can affect flow and preservation.

Cellar: store bottles on their side and keep them in a stable, cellar appropriate environment.
