This voiceover class is designed to help students develop a polished, competitive VO recording they can confidently use on Actors Access or other casting profiles. Students will have the option to focus on animation or commercial copy, based on their interests, strengths, and current casting goals.
Throughout the class, students will learn how to:
- Break down voiceover copy like a casting director
- Make strong, specific character and storytelling choices
- Adjust tone, pacing, and intention for animation vs. commercial reads
- Take direction and refine their performance in real time
- Record clean, professional-sounding auditions from start to finish
The class emphasizes authenticity, clarity, and marketability, helping students move beyond “reading lines” and into booking-level performances. By the end of the session, each student will walk away with a strong, competitive VO read suitable for submission and profile use, as well as a clearer understanding of what casting directors are listening for in today’s voiceover industry.
Ideal for students looking to strengthen their audition skills, expand their voiceover range, or elevate their casting presence.
