Vulnerability post.. a little long but read if you can to the end. Both of my kids are in this professional acting and MT Track. By the age of 10, @hayleypezza already did 3 professional shows and joined EMC. By the age of 10, Tay Tay joined SAG. Here is the thing though. These kids work hard and I mean incredibly hard- Hayley taking her studies all the way to Interlochen and Tay taking weekly acting classes. This past week, a new Apple TV show came out that Tay went super far on for the girl lead. It stung a bit for me, not her at all,but we are always happy for those who get the role ❤️Then in the winter she went far on a feature film movie and just this past week she was on hold for another feature film and released. This is the life of an actor or someone who is thriving for Broadway! While it can feel a bit frustrating for me, my kids are resilient as could be!! I think because they know they are talented and the right roles will find their way to them. They have already done so much. So instead of feeling even a little defeated I’m going to be proud of how well my girls are doing, despite the so closes! The so closes and what they have booked so far means so much! Always grateful for their team of agents, acting coaches, and more who have gotten them this far and I do indeed see more big things for them in their futures ❤️ #acting #MT #kidsareresilient #lessonslearnedfromthem #mygirls
